Throughout his career, Sr Hazalan has been involved in a wide range of government-funded infrastructure and building projects, including hospitals, sports complexes, military healthcare facilities, fire and rescue stations, and the revitalisation of abandoned developments. His work spans across project planning, cost estimation, contract administration, and tender evaluations.

He currently leads operations in Perlis, playing a key role in expanding ASAS QS’s regional presence and delivering professional cost consultancy services with dedication and technical excellence. 

Prior to joining ASAS QS, Sr Hazalan served as Manager at Juruukur Bahan PSZ Sdn. Bhd., where he was responsible for managing QS consultancy services for various government projects. His role encompassed the preparation of Bills of Quantities, tender documentation, contract evaluations, and progress claims, with a focus on projects under federal agencies such as JKR, KKM, and Bomba.

He began his career in 2007 at the same firm as a Quantity Surveyor, contributing to early-stage project cost planning and measurement tasks, and gradually rising through the ranks through his dedication and technical proficiency.

Sr Hazalan brings a practical, grounded approach to project execution—focused on ensuring value for money, contractual clarity, and client satisfaction.
