Al Mashoor International Islamic School

Al Mashoor International Islamic School is an upcoming international Islamic school located in Pulau Tikus, Penang. Developed by Yayasan Islam Pulau Pinang (YIPP) in collaboration with MAINPP and Al Hamra Integrated School, the project is set to become a key institution offering IGCSE-aligned education with strong Islamic values.

The school is expected to open in 2025 and will serve over 600 students. ASAS Quantity Surveying Consultant Sdn. Bhd. is proud to contribute to this meaningful project as the appointed Quantity Surveyor, ensuring cost control and value delivery throughout the development process.

Situated on Port Dickson's scenic coastline, Raia Beach Resort offers a luxurious seaside retreat ideal for family vacations and corporate getaways. ASAS played a key role as the quantity surveying consultant for the refurbishment of multiple resort facilities. Our contributions included meticulous cost planning, tender documentation, interim payment valuations, and final account reconciliation—ensuring high-quality results, on time and within budget.
