ASASQS has been appointed as the Quantity Surveyor (QS) Consultant for the administration space of Masjid Kampar in Perak, spanning a total area of 33,000 square feet. As the QS Consultant, ASASQS will oversee cost estimation, budget management, procurement, and financial control aspects of the project. Their role encompasses ensuring cost-effective solutions, adherence to quality standards, and efficient resource utilization throughout the development of the administration space for Masjid Kampar, Perak.

ASASQS is overseeing the rehabilitation of slopes and related works at Taman Orkid, Bandar Baharu, Kulim, Kedah. The project encompasses a thorough assessment, meticulous planning, regulatory compliance, contractor selection, execution, monitoring, community engagement, and post-project evaluation. It demands a systematic approach to ensure success while adhering to environmental regulations. The process begins with assessing slope conditions and environmental factors, followed by careful planning, including budgeting and resource allocation, and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals. Selecting a competent contractor is pivotal, with project execution, monitoring, and community engagement playing crucial roles. A comprehensive post-project evaluation ensures achievements and recommends future improvements, ultimately enhancing Taman Orkid sustainably.

ASASQS has been appointed to provide QS Consultancy Services for preparation of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate for interior design upgrades at the RAIA Hotel & Convention Centre in Terengganu. The project encompasses enhancements to multiple areas including Cafe Kopitiam, Cigar Room, Kids Room, Lagenda Restoran, and Outdoor Wedding spaces. This involves meticulous assessment of costs related to materials, labor, and other aspects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and budgetary constraints. 

ASASQS has been formally appointed as the Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the development of a notable project comprising 249 Unit 2 Storey Cluster Houses in the strategic locale of Kepala Batas, SPU, Penang. The project encompasses essential amenities including a Surau, Dewan Serbaguna, Tadika, Gerai, Kolam Tadahan, and a TNB Substation, reflecting its substantial scale and community impact. ASASQS assumes a pivotal role in meticulously managing cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and stringent cost control measures throughout the project's lifecycle. Their mandate underscores a commitment to upholding superior quality standards and regulatory compliance, while judiciously managing financial parameters.
