Sr Mohamad Azmi is the Founder and Principal of ASAS Quantity Surveying Consultant Sdn Bhd, where he also serves as Managing Director. With extensive experience in consultancy, contract administration, and project management, he has steered the firm’s growth from its establishment in 2018 to becoming a trusted QS consultancy, rebranded in 2024 to reflect its expanding role in the construction industry.

He specializes in tender documentation, contract advisory, cost management, and post-contract services, with a proven record of delivering value-driven solutions across infrastructure, building, and mixed-development projects. His leadership emphasizes adaptability, accountability, and service-centricity, ensuring that ASAS QS consistently upholds professional excellence and client satisfaction.

As Principal, Sr. Azmi not only manages the company’s overall direction and strategy but also actively drives innovation, particularly in digital transformation and QS service automation, aligning the firm with the future of the industry.

Sr Muhammad Azwan is a Registered & Professional Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors of the construction industry, including residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, academic, and conservation projects. Since becoming a registered professional in 2016, he has successfully led major developments such as high-rise condominiums, hospitals, academic institutions, factories, and heritage conservation works.

As Technical Director & Branch Manager, he brings a wealth of expertise in contract management, cost planning, tender evaluation, professional fee negotiations, and project leadership. His strong background in both consultancy and contracting firms enables him to bridge client needs with practical solutions, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, accountability, and value.

Sr. Azwan is also an active member of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (LJUBM) and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

Ts. Sr Hazalan is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM) with more than a decade of experience in the construction and consultancy sector. Holding a Bachelor (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from UiTM, he is also a registered member of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).

Throughout his career, Sr. Hazalan has been extensively involved in public sector and institutional projects, including healthcare facilities, academic buildings, fire and rescue stations, sports complexes, and large-scale infrastructure works. Notable projects under his portfolio include the Cure and Care Rehabilitation Centre in Perlis, the Sekolah Sukan Malaysia Perlis, and various government-led development initiatives across Kedah and Perlis.

As Project Director and Branch Manager (Perlis), he leads project delivery with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency, contract compliance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring every project aligns with the highest standards of quality and value.

Sr Ermin is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM) with wide-ranging experience in cost and contract management across Malaysia and abroad. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and has served in senior QS roles in Malaysia, Cambodia, and Pakistan, gaining extensive exposure to international construction and development projects.

His portfolio includes major mixed-use developments, residential towers, commercial complexes, institutional projects, and government infrastructure works, such as large-scale housing developments in Cambodia, luxury villas and commercial facilities in Pakistan, and high-rise serviced apartments in Johor Bahru.

As Project Director and Branch Manager (Selangor), Sr. Ermin leads with a strong focus on cost efficiency, contractual integrity, and cross-border project management expertise, ensuring the Selangor branch delivers high-value solutions to clients while aligning with ASAS QS’s vision for growth and innovation.

Tc. Syahrin is a Qualified Technician registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) with over two decades of experience in quantity surveying and project management. He holds a Professional Certificate in Quantity Surveying from POLIMAS and is certified in Cubicost TAS & TRB (specialized QTO software for architectural, structural, and rebar works).

Syahrin’s portfolio covers major residential, commercial, government, and healthcare developments, including the RM400 million Federal Government Complex in Kota Bharu, the CSSD & Multi-Storey Ward Block at Kangar Hospital, and large-scale housing schemes such as PPAM Bandar Amanjaya and Bintang Maya Township.

As Project Director (Cost & Contract), he brings strong expertise in contract administration, cost control, and project delivery, ensuring that ASAS QS projects achieve optimal value while meeting technical and contractual standards.
