Sr Mohd Ermin Bin Yudi is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with over 16 years of experience in both local and international construction projects, particularly in the areas of cost and contract management. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi MARA. He is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM).

Sr Ermin has served in various leadership roles across Malaysia, Cambodia, and Pakistan, with a strong portfolio in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. His scope of expertise includes cost estimation, contract negotiation, tender evaluation, and infrastructure works, both in the public and private sectors.

At ASAS Quantity Surveying Consultant, he leads the Selangor operations, contributing his technical expertise and international perspective to support the firm’s growth and commitment to delivering value-driven and professional QS services.
